REFUND POLICY

This refund policy was last updated February 7th, 2020 and will remain in effect until replaced, amended, or terminated by Simple Slates. Simple Slates reserves the right to change this policy at any time, at our sole discretion. 

Due to the digital nature of our product, refunds are generally not authorized. If you believe you have a legitimate claim to a refund after reviewing the information below please feel free to fill out the Refund Request Form located at the bottom of the page and customer support will respond in writing to you within 24 hours.

CANCELLATION

You are able to cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that you must cancel your subscription before it renews for a subsequent payment in order to avoid being charged the next subscription fee. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the current subscription period. You can cancel your subscription in one of three ways;

  • On your Simple Slates account page located on the top menu.
  • Via your PayPal account pre-approved payments page located under “Tools”.
  • Contacting customer service by using the form below.

 

REFUNDS

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY SUBSCRIPTION. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT, REFUNDS, OR PRORATED BILLING FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS THAT ARE CANCELLED MID-CYCLE. In such a circumstance, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the billing period. If you believe that you have a situation that would qualify you for a refund please make us aware by filling out the form below and we will review your request at our earliest convenience.
