Week 15 of the NFL is already coming up this weekend, which means the playoffs are only 3 weeks away. The playoff picture is heating up, and we’re here to give you a preview. Starting in the NFC, the top two teams are the Packers, and the Saints. With Saturday’s win against the Panthers, the Packers sit at the top of the NFC, at 11-3. Led by Aaron Rodgers who leads the league with 40 touchdowns, and is one of the favorites for MVP this year. The Saints sit at 10-3, second in the NFC, and face off with the Chiefs this upcoming week. Drew Brees looks to lead the Saints into the playoffs, after fracturing his ribs. The teams in the 3-7 seeds in the NFC are the Rams, the Washington football team, Seahawks, the Bucs, and the Cardinals. The Rams lead the NFC west, and face-off against the winless Jets. The Washington Football team is one of the hottest teams in the NFL. They are led with a dominating defensive line, and a balanced offense. They will be hosting the Seahawks this weekend. The 5th seed belongs to the Seahawks. The Seahawks defense has been struggling all year, and have been led by Russell Wilson. Next is the new look at Buccaneers, who are the 6 seed. Led by Tom Brady and all his weapons on the outside. The Buccaneers have been one of the most inconsistent teams this year, losing games that many people expected them to win. The last seed belongs to the Cardinals, who are 7-6. The Cardinals started the season off hot at 5-2, but have struggled since. They play the eagles today at 4.
The top two teams of the AFC are the Chiefs and the Steelers. The 12-1 Chiefs continue to dominate, with Patrick Mahomes being a front-runner for MVP. At the 2 spot is the Steelers, at 11-2. The Steelers started the season off undefeated, but have now won two in a row. The 3 seed are the red hot Bills, at 11-3. The Bills are coming off an amazing win against the Steelers, led by a dominating performance by Josh Allen. The 9-4 Titans are at the 4 seed. Derrick Henry has been heating up the past couple of weeks, with 6 touchdowns in the past 5 weeks. Also at 9-4 Browns are at the 5 seed. After struggling at the beginning of the season, Baker Mayfield has turned it around and has limited his interceptions. Another 9-4 team, the Colts, are the 6 seed. Led by the 39-year-old Phillip Rivers, who is having an impressive 20 touchdown, 9 interception season. At the last seed, the 7 seed Dolphins are 8-5. Debately the surprise team of the season, the Dolphins defense has been very impressive. Overall, these next 3 weeks have a lot of playoff implications, especially in certain divisions.
